Whether you’re a complete beginner or pro, yoga can help you stay supple, focused and less prone to injury. It not only reduces the risk of injury, but helps maximise surfing performance and enjoyment by increasing fitness, flexibility, spatial awareness and balance. Take part in a 1 hour yoga routine specifically for surfing.
